I take pride in my calling and in my work, and in the traditions I was trained and brought up in, and I am not getting rich doing this. You can trust my product descriptions and my advice.

Due to laws in my state of residence, I make no claim for the spiritual or magickal efficacy of any of my products, and sell them as CURIOS in the AUTHENTIC LUCKY HOODOO tradition only. I use them myself, though, and many of my clients swear by them.

I cannot ship many herbal products to other countries due to funky agricultural laws, and I cannot generally ship liquids either, if airmail is involved. I CAN make a mojo for you if you live outside the Continental United States, but please write before ordering as there may be a significant enough ingredient change that I would not feel comfortable letting the picture and description represent what you’ll be getting, and there may need to be a price adjustment for ingredients and for shipping.

I am not responsible for uninsured loss or damage. Some of my kits contain candles, and while I package carefully, I cannot guarantee that they will not melt if you live in a hot area and the package sits in your mailbox all day.

And no, I will not give you my recipes. Puh-lease.

I am not a huge, or even small, retail shop with a storefront. My products are home- and hand-made and very often aren’t very pretty. I don’t spend a lot of money on fancy labels or packaging. I sew my own flannel bags, for example, and since my momma and her momma and her momma were too busy teaching me folk cures, thirty five ways to cook a chicken, and a dizzying list of patron saints and herbal applications, I never became much of a seamstress. The good news is that this stuff doesn’t have to pretty to work.

The better news is that this frees me to devote time to getting, making, compounding, dressing, growing, blending, and/or preparing higher quality, authentic herbs, roots, oils, charged and blessed candles, animal and mineral curios, amulets, charms, and kits. I always ship discreetly and my lack of fancy packaging means you spend less on high-quality, ritually powerful items for all your pagan and occult needs. I strive to get the best quality I can in season.

I love to correspond with customers and make recommendations, but due to the volume of emails I get here, on my blog, and on my ebay store, I ask that you be patient with me while waiting for me to respond. If you have a time sensitive situation, your best bet is to purchase a reading or candle work consultation on your situation. When it comes to magick, I myself practice hoodoo (rootwork) in the style I learned it growing up in this area of the Southeast United States where I was raised and reside to this day. I am very familiar with many different traditions, however, from decades of study and training (and a college degree in World Religions and Philosophy), and my personal religious practices are within Haitian and New World African Diasporic tradition, heavily influenced by my work as a Gnostic Bishop in a Franco-Haitian lineage.

I've spent a lifetime studying folk magic and working with the saints, twenty years doing divination work, and well over a decade as a member of a initiatory hermetic Order. I have an extensive library and extensive resources and I like to do research.

I keep several altars in my personal temple space just for client petitions. Just email me your name and your short petition and I’ll set a light for you for you for free. I cannot, however, do free readings or free spirit work aside from this light-setting service.
